12. Harrison Barnes, Restricted

A couple months ago, it was almost a forgone conclusion that Harrison Barnes was going to secure a max contract this summer. Now, after a disappointing performance in the NBA Finals, we honestly don’t know what exactly the market for Barnes is going to look like this summer.

Could he still get a max offer sheet? Sure. I don’t think anyone should be surprised if he did. Though, I don’t think he will. But that’s just me.

In the end, assuming that Kevin Durant doesn’t sign wit the Warriors, I fully expect Golden State to match any and every offer sheet that comes Barnes’ way. As long as it isn’t a max, of course.
