23. Bismack Biyombo, Unrestricted

I honestly don’t know how we’ve gotten here, but we are entering a summer in which it isn’t insane to say that Bismack Biyombo is in line for a max contract. One impressive playoff run and we have begun to whisper Biyombo’s name alongside the likes of Hassan Whiteside and Al Horford.

Amazing, isn’t it?

With that said, there are two things I believe concerning Biyombo.

Biyombo won’t get a max contract.
He’s really, really good.

Biyombo isn’t the most polished offensive player, but he more than makes that up on the defensive end with his shot-blocking and rebounding prowess.

Prediction: Signs four-year deal in Portland
