Houston Rockets

Notable Additions: Eric Gordon, Nene, Ryan Anderson

Free Agency Grade: C+

The Houston Rockets’ free agency moves were fine. That’s the problem. They were just fine. The Rockets aren’t going to scare anyone by trotting out the lineup of Patrick Beverley, James Harden, Eric Gordon, Ryan Anderson and Nene. But, it’s not bad.

As long as this team can remain healthy – yes, I’m looking at you Gordon and Nene – they’ll probably be a fun team to watch, especially under Mike D’Antoni‘s system.

I just don’t think they pose any real threat to make much damage in the Western Conference playoffs. But that’s totally fine. Considering that this is somewhat a transitional season for the Rockets, they came out OK after the summer.
