Dwight Howard, Atlanta Hawks

Since his fallout with Stan Van Gundy and the Orlando Magic a few years ago, Dwight Howard has never been looked fondly upon. Every stop he’s made thus far in the NBA has resulted in utter disaster. From his exit from Orlando to his most recent ugly divorce from the Houston Rockets, with the whole Kobe Bryant dilemma sandwiched in-between, the narrative on Dwight has changed a ton since his early days in Orlando.

Hoping to turn that around, Dwight decided to return to his hometown. Will it work? Who knows. But Dwight has to prove that he can still be a strong contributor in the NBA and that he can be on a team and not completely destroy its chemistry.

I’m sure Dwight Howard is a decent person. He’s just done a horrible job in showing that recently. Maybe some home-cooking will change that?
