I really wanted to put Rudy Gobert higher on this list but because he’s only beginning to scratch the surface of what he could be at this level, I felt it was only fair to underrate him rather than to overrate him – if that makes sense.

Gobert’s game is a bit raw and is continuing to expand as he prepares for the fourth year of his young career. There’s no question that when Gobert is on the court, that’s when the Utah Jazz are at their best – especially on the defensive end. Perhaps most of all, I love his never-back-down attitude that he’s possessed throughout his young career.

Whether it be his subtweeting or flat-out jawing during games, I love everything that the young Gobert brings to the table.
