30. Philadelphia 76ers

Projected Starting Five: T.J. McConnell, Gerald Henderson, Ben Simmons, Jahlil Okafor, Nerlens Noel

The Philadelphia 76ers are going to be significantly better this season. With that said, they still don’t have a quality starting five (on paper). They have the talent; I just can’t rank this team higher until they prove otherwise.

I love Ben Simmons’ game. I really think he’s going to be as good as advertised. I’m just not sure how impactful he’s going to be in his rookie season. The real wildcard for the Sixers team is going to be the availability of Joel Embiid.

If Embiid is healthy and available for this team on a consistent basis, he can change the complexity of this team.
