5. Toronto Raptors

Projected Starting Five: Kyle Lowry, DeMar DeRozan, DeMarre Carroll, Patrick Patterson, Jonas Valanciunas

Even though they often get overlooked by the majority of the general NBA, I will give the Toronto Raptors the credit that they deserve. Led by Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, the Raptors have one of the NBA’s most dynamic duos.

When DeMarre Carroll is healthy, he’s also one of the better “glue guys” in the NBA. While their frontcourt leaves a lot to be desired, especially at the power forward position, Jonas Valanciunas is one of the best young centers in the league.

If it weren’t for their giant talent hole at the 4 position, the Toronto Raptors could potentially be higher on this list.
