3. San Antonio Spurs

Projected Starting Five: Tony Parker, Danny Green, Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, Pau Gasol

Some of the players featured in the San Antonio Spurs’ starting five may be past their prime, but they still sport quite the intimidating lineup.

Tony Parker may not be the Tony Parker of old, but he still has a lot left in the tank. The hope is Danny Green can bounce back from a down season a year ago. Kawhi Leonard is only beginning to scratch the surface of what he can ultimately be in the NBA – and he’s already really good. LaMarcus Aldridge is in the midst of his prime, and is one of the NBA’s best power forwards.

Pau Gasol is still Pau Gasol. Just don’t ask him to protect the paint or anything.
