In his sophomore season, Andrew Wiggins certainly answered the call. Averaging 21 points per game, Wiggins improved his overall shooting in his second year in the NBA. While he still leaves much to be desired in his outside game, Wiggins made quite the stride in year 2.
That’s all you can really ask for from such a young player. Just get better. That’s what Wiggins did. Even though he was somewhat overshadowed by Karl-Anthony Towns‘ amazing rookie campaign, Wiggins is well on his way to evolving into a force at the shooting guard position.
Wiggins is still raw and certainly has room to grow. He’s just getting started, and will almost certainly get better.
