No. 7 Minnesota Timberwolves- Jonathan Isaac (Florida State, FR, Power Forward)

Jonathan Isaac of Florida State stands at 6-foot-10, is a rim-protector (1.5 BPG at FSU) and has the defensive versatility to guard multiple possessions. Gorgui Dieng is most likely still in the future plans of Minnesota, but Issac would add depth that they desperately need in the frontcourt, after Dieng and Karl-Anthony Towns, it is a black hole of failed NBA talent.

Minnesota has a great group of core young players set up for the future, and adding a player like Isaac, if he develops as most expect him to, could be the last building block before the Wolves really explode onto the scene.

Don’t be surprised if the Wolves trade this pick on draft night. No one really knows what Minnesota is thinking at the moment.
