28. Boston Celtics (via Lakers) – James Blackmon, G, Indiana

James Blackmon isn’t a name that you know, but that isn’t his fault. After playing three years at Indiana, Blackmon is making the jump to the NBA.

During his junior season, Blackmon averaged 17 points and five boards per game for the Hoosiers. Perhaps more impressively, Blackmon shot over 40 percent from three-point range in his sophomore and junior seasons.

In his second season at Indiana, he shot a scorching 46 percent from deep. He likely won’t shoot that effectively at the next level, but if he can come anywhere close to that clip he should be fine.
