20. Philadelphia 76ers

Key Additions: Markelle Fultz, J.J. Redick, Ben Simmons 

Key Subtractions: Gerald Henderson 

The additions of Markelle Fultz, J.J. Redick and Ben Simmons (technically) will definitely make the Philadelphia 76ers much more attractive from any outside viewers. They also probably have a bright future.

However, I don’t think it’s safe to pencil them into a playoff spot just yet.

I’m trying to temper expectations for the Sixers. I have them here at No. 20, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they made the playoffs in a weak East. They have that type of potential.
