8. Toronto Raptors

Key Additions: CJ. Miles

Key Subtractions: Cory Joseph, DeMarre Carroll

The Toronto Raptors re-signed Serge Ibaka, Kyle Lowry and added C.J. Miles via free agency. Still, I’m not sure if the Raptors can rise any higher than they have the last couple of seasons. This core may have already peaked, and their key guys are locked in for the next three years. Not great.

However, there really wasn’t a move for them to make this summer. And maybe an injury to the Cavs will open the door for the Raptors?

You never know. Even though in the long run, re-signing Lowry and Ibaka will hurt I believe it was the move that needed to be made this summer.
