29. Sacramento Kings

Key Additions: De’Aaron Fox, Harry Giles, Zach Randolph, George Hill 

Key Subtractions: Rudy Gay, Arron Afflalo

The Sacramento Kings are actually very talented, but they’re also have one of the youngest cores in the NBA. That usually doesn’t bode well for wins. Adding De’Aaron Fox and taking a chance on Harry Giles in the Draft was a good start.

Bringing in George Hill and Zach Randolph to institute a culture in Sacramento was a nice complimentary move.

The Kings may in fact have a bright future, but they’re going to have a rough 2017-18 season.
