17. Billy Donovan, Oklahoma City Thunder

To much surprise of NBA fans everywhere, Billy Donovan has had great success in his jump to the league. He inherited Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook in his first year at the helm in OKC, leading them to a 55 win season and one win away from beating the juggernaut Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals.

The following year, his roster looked a tad different without KD, but that didn’t stop Billy from finding a way to make it to the playoffs again. The Thunder won 47 games last season and a big reason for that was Donovan giving the MVP the keys to the car.

Donovan relied more heavily on Russell Westbrook than any player in the league last year (41.7 usage percentage). In 2018, Billy will find yet another way to run his team through the MVP and a new stud in town; PG13.
