29. Atlanta Hawks

After losing Tim Hardaway Jr. and Paul Millsap this summer, it’s going to be extremely difficult to make a return to the playoffs. Quite frankly, it would actually be quite the accomplishment if this team was not a bottom 5 team in the conference.

The onus will fall on Dennis Schroder and Kent Bazemore. As good as those two players are, I’m just not sure they’re ready to be the focal points of any team.

The loss of Al Horford and Paul Millsap in back-to-back summers is going to be shown in full effect this year.
