20. Miami Heat

The Miami Heat have gotten off to an up-and-down start to the season. At times they’ve looked really good, similar to the team that went 30-11 to end last season. Then, they could turn around and look like the team that started 11-30.

I honestly don’t know what this team is, yet. And perhaps that’s what makes the Heat so interesting. But that’s also a problem.

Miami is in NBA purgatory, and they need to figure out what they want to do. Do they want to rebuild or linger around .500 for years to come?
