17. Portland Trail Blazers

Losers of four of their last six, the Portland Trail Blazers are somewhat in a tough spot right now. In a crowded Western Conference, they know they don’t have enough to compete with the top 4 teams but also aren’t in a position to completely sell off their assets.

It’s a tough spot to be in, and I don’t think anyone really envies them. The challenge for this team moving forward revolves around adding a third star without really gutting the roster.

And that might be downright impossible.
