3. Houston Rockets

Even without Chris Paul, the Houston Rockets haven’t missed a beat. With Paul expected to return in the next couple of weeks, it seems like Houston is going to manage.

James Harden looks like he’s on a mission to win the MVP award that he probably should’ve won last season, and Clint Capela is playing as good as any defensive-minded center in the NBA.

It’s simply scary to imagine this team sliding Chris Paul into the lineup. I’m not sure this team can play much better than they are at the moment, but Paul could have that type of effect.
