29. Atlanta Hawks

The good news is that the Atlanta Hawks has a win over the Cleveland Cavaliers this season. Problem is, they only have one other win so far this year. But that’s not exactly surprising either.

Atlanta’s roster is one of the worst in the league, along with the Chicago Bulls. That’s what happens when you lose Al Horford and Paul Millsap in back-to-back summers. With this team hitting the reset button, it’s going to be interesting to keep an eye on this squad heading into the NBA Trade Deadline.

Will they ship off any of their other veterans? Perhaps making Dennis Schroder and/or Kent Bazemore available wouldn’t be the worst of things?
