25. Brooklyn Nets

The good news so far this season is that the Brooklyn Nets aren’t the worst team in the NBA, at least not at the moment. Problem is, they’re also not likely going to be in contention for the playoffs, even in a struggling Eastern Conference.

Brooklyn is respectable, however. They’re no longer the laughing stock of the NBA, and Kenny Atkinson is really building something in Brooklyn.

This rebuild isn’t going to happen over night. The Nets are likely y 2-3 years away from really making any noise in the East, but they’re definitely making strides.
