Hassan Whiteside, Miami Heat

When he’s focused and on his game, Hassan Whiteside is one of the better and most unique centers in the NBA. However, the struggling Miami Heat could decide to make him available ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline.

The emergence of Bam Abedayo has made Whiteside somewhat expandable – that is of course they can find a willing taker. The reputation on Hassan is that he could be difficult to coach and is somewhat of a hot head.

If there’s a team out there that believes in its locker room and is desperately in need of a shot-blocking and rebounding force, Whiteside could be dealt. Though, this seems like a perfect storm that won’t arise.
