2018 NBA Power Rankings: It’s time to sell on the Cleveland Cavaliers

28. Sacramento Kings (13-29)

The Sacramento Kings are all too familiar with this position. Unfortunately, it’s one of falling short of any expectations – this time without a franchise player on the squad. After trading DeMarcus Cousins, many questioned the thought process. One year later, it hasn’t exactly worked out for the Kings. Predictably.

Nevertheless, De’Aaron Fox has shown some signs of promise and the Kings will likely have another top 5 selection in this year’s NBA Draft.

Sacramento needs to find talent, and fast.
