11. Philadelphia 76ers: Lonnie Walker, SG, Miami

Big Board Rank: 13

There was a big conspiracy theory write up on why the 76ers could take Colin Sexton here, and somehow Sexton could bring out that inner junk yard dog in Markelle Fultz. Then eventually trade Sexton for a first round pick.

However, that was getting a little too crazy, so let’s just go with Lonnie Walker. Walker is an uber athlete and should be a great fit in Philadelphia. If he comes in immediately knocking down three’s Walker could even start from day one over JJ Reddick.

Walker’s tools and length give him tremendous defensive upside, and Philadelphia would be ideal for his play style in the NBA. Walker projects as a off ball player that can knock down shots, defend, and can attack closeouts. Ben Simmons ball dominant playmaking game should make Lonnie Walker an immediate impact rotation player on offense as a rookie.
