15. New Orleans Pelicans (31-26)

The New Orleans Pelicans may have lost DeMarcus Cousins, but they’re hoping to hang on to one of the final playoff spots in the Western Conference. Even if they do, which may end up being more difficult than originally thought, this is a team that has a ton of questions to answer this summer.

Will they extend a max extension to DeMarcus Cousins, even after he suffered a torn Achilles? Will the team make any major trades in order to compile more talent in the backcourt?

As currently assembled, this team isn’t enough.
