2018 NBA Power Rankings: Have the Cleveland Cavaliers figured it out?

1. Houston Rockets (44-13)

What more can you say about the Houston Rockets. What they’ve done this season has been nothing short of sensational. This is a team that is chasing arguably the greatest team ever assembled, in the Golden State Warriors, and they’ve done quite well.

Houston didn’t do much at the trade deadline, but they’ve done exceptionally well in NBA buyout season. They’ve already secured Joe Johnson and Brandan Wright, two veterans that will make this team that much more versatile.

I’m not sure if the Rockets can beat the Warriors in a 7-game series, but there’s no question that this is probably the team that will push them the post in the postseason.
