2018 NBA Power Rankings: Have the Cleveland Cavaliers figured it out?

27. Orlando Magic (18-39)

The Orlando Magic is another team that had high hopes at the NBA trade deadline, but ended up striking out for the most part. This is a team that was reportedly shopping almost everyone on its roster.

Evan Fournier, Aaron Gordon, Mario Hezonja and Elfrid Payton were all on the block. The team only managed a second-round pick in exchange for Payton, though.

Orlando is a team that haws a ton of more questions than answers at this point in their rebuild. They’re certainly a team that should be followed throughout the next few months.
