24. Brooklyn Nets (19-40)
Even though the Brooklyn Nets have been better this season, they’re still in need of a top tier star. And that’s not something that you can really hold against them, in fairness.
They were put in a bad spot because of previous leadership, but there’s no question that Sean Marks is doing a fantastic job in jump starting this team’s return to relevance. It’s probably going to take a few more years, though.
The Nets are on the right path, though.
