2018 NBA Power Rankings: Have the Cleveland Cavaliers figured it out?

23. Chicago Bulls (20-37)

Now that the Chicago Bulls have traded Nikola Mirtoic, don’t be surprised if the team slowly begins to fall back down the Eastern Conference standings. It wouldn’t surprise me if they finished with one of the three of our worst records.

That’s a testament to how good of a player Mirotic was for this team. The return of Zach LaVine couldn’t be going any better for his team, which should be considered great news.

Chicago is a team to keep a close eye on this summer, especially if there’s another disgruntled star out there that hits the open market. They’re beginning to compile quite the group of assets.
