19. Philadelphia 76ers: Landry Shamet SG/PG Wichita State

There’s probably no way Shamet goes this high, but I think he should. I’m not sure what the 76ers have in mind for Markelle Fultz’s future, but it doesn’t matter if they draft Shamet. After selecting Wendell Carter the Sixers still need more players that can thrive off the ball for Ben Simmons and provide shooting.

Shamet is a combo guard that will maximize his potential off the ball. He will be able to focus solely on scoring and making plays for his teammates. Landry most likely won’t ever be a defensive stopper, but he should be average maybe even slightly above average. His real value to the team is his shooting. Shamet is shooting 45 percent from the three point line this season.
