It’s easy to see the Magic take Marvin Bagley here. It’s also even easier to see the Magic take Trae Young giving their glaring need for a point guard with Elfrid Payton gone. However, the Magic are currently 26th in opponents points per game, they also give up the most points in the paint than any team in the NBA.

The margin between Jaren Jackson Jr. and Marvin Bagley is really small, so I think they take Jackson. The Michigan State Freshman should fit nicely alongside Nikola Vucevic. Jackson will hide Vucevic’s awful rim protection. In return, Nikola will be viewed as the more offensive big.
