26. Brooklyn Nets (22-48)

While the Brooklyn Nets have certainly made some improvements over the last season and a half with Sean Marks at the helm, they still have a ways to go in getting back into playoff contention – even in the Eastern Conference.

The Nets don’t own their draft pick this year – it goes to Cleveland – so they can’t even reap from being terrible this season. But this team is close to breaking out of their recent slump. This is a team that has some nice young pieces, but just needs a veteran star to bring relevance back to Brooklyn. It will come sooner rather than later.
