Golden State Warriors

Who they should want to avoid in the first round: Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder are 2-1 against the Golden State Warriors so far this season, and right now it’s not a forgone conclusion that the Dubs will be 100 percent healthy in the first round of the playoffs.

In such a perfect storm, the Thunder will have a puncher’s chance against the Warriors – especially if a player like Kevin Durant and/or Stephen Curry aren’t fully recovered.

OKC has the star and firepower to keep up with the Warriors, at home or on the road. Paul George is the type of player that can – similar to Steph and KD – takeover a playoff series. Even though the Thunder have struggled in the regular season, this roster was built for the playoffs.
