2018 NBA Draft: Every lottery team’s dream first-round selection

8. Chicago Bulls

Biggest Need: Wings/C

Dream Selection: Mo Bamba, C 

The Chicago Bulls have some nice young pieces at the point guard, shooting guard and power forward positions, so I think it’s safe to assume that this team’s biggest need is help on the wing. Adding a talented small forward or shooting guard would be smart. Although, if they elect to move Robin Lopez, adding a center wouldn’t be a bad option either.

And here, Mo Bamba is probably too talented to let fall any further. And he has untapped potential, which could make this selection even better.

From day 1, Bamba will immediately change this team’s interior defense. That alone makes this pick worth it.
