23. Indiana Pacers – Bruce Brown, G, Miami

Bruce Brown didn’t take at the second-year jump that many thought he would at Miami, but the potential and ceiling is still there. In the right system at the next level, there’s no question that Brown has the opportunity to be a really good player.

How good? It’s tough to tell, but the fact that Indiana has done well with Victor Oladipo this season – after his last two teams simply didn’t see it – should tell you enough about the Pacers’ developmental system.
