19. Atlanta Hawks (via Minnesota Timberwolves) – Troy Brown, F, Oregon

With his size and athleticism, the Atlanta Hawks will like Troy Brown. While isn’t isn’t great at one thing, he could do a bit of it all. He averaged 11 points and six rebounds last season with the Ducks and is still very much a work in progress on the offensive side of the ball.

Again, the Hawks need all the young talent – even if it is raw – that they can get their hands on. A player like Brown may not seem like a sexy pick, but he’s the type of player that can turn into a really good player 2-3 years down the line.
