2. Zach LaVine, Chicago Bulls

Stats: 16.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists 

Zach LaVine is going to be a tough decision for the Chicago Bulls this summer. He’s coming off major knee surgery and while he’s shown flashes of greatness the verdict is still out on the young 23-year-old.

In the second half of this season, LaVine shot a concerning 38 percent from the field and an average 34 percent from 3-point range. LaVine has all the ability to be a great player at this level, but the injury is a real concern.

The Bulls are in a rough spot here because LaVine is going to command a lot of money on the open market. Chicago might not have any other option than to pay him.
