23. Rodney Hood, Restricted

Stats: 14.7 ppg, 2.8 rpg

Just before he was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers, many forget that Rodney Hood was emerging as one of the best young stars in the NBA. Even though he didn’t have the greatest of playoff runs with the Cavs, he should still get decent money this summer.

Question is, will the Cavs elect to bring him back?

If LeBron James returns, they would likely have to let him walk to save money for whatever corresponding moves they have in mind. Although, if LeBron leaves, he might be the exact type of young talent that they need to rebuild around.
