5. Dallas Mavericks – Mo Bamba, C, Texas

The Dallas Mavericks are another team that might not even make a selection here. They reportedly could shop the No. 5 pick for a veteran player and/or future assets. However, if they were forced to make a pick here I think their answer is clear – Mo Bamba.

They need to find their Dirk Nowitzki replacement and why not Bamba, a player that has barely begun to scratch the surface on the player that he could be.

We don’t know how high Bamba’s ceiling can go, and that’s pretty insane. He’s raw but could still have an immediate impact from day 1.
