21. Utah Jazz – Troy Brown, F, Oregon
Troy Brown is an athletic forward that is raw, but talented. He needs to continue to develop his outside jumper to be fully effective in the NBA, but that could come with time. Even if he can’t master that craft, he’s athletic enough to be a problem-maker on the defensive end.
During his freshman season at Oregon, Brown averaged 11 points, six rebounds and three assists. He also averaged nearly two steals per game, which shows his defensive prowess.
Brown should find a nice home with the Jazz, and under the of Quin Snyder.
