2018 NBA Draft: Instant reaction and grades from the first round; all 60 picks
10. Phoenix Suns (via 76ers) – Mikal Bridges, F, Villanova
*Before Trade*
Mikal Bridges is going to fit right in with the Philadelphia 76ers. He’s a prototypical 3-and-D player that will fill a role that was needed in Philly. In the event that the Sixers lose a player like J.J. Redick or Marco Belinelli, they won’t have to overspend in free agency.
Bridges isn’t the type of player that is going to dominate the ball on the offensive end, but will still be effective on the floor. He’s the perfect fit for a team that just needs role players.
