Kyle Lowry, Toronto Raptors

No one on the Toronto Raptors is an untouchable this offseason, per reports, and there’s no question that they need to make some sort of move this summer. The best asset that could be used to really shake things up is Kyle Lowry, who will likely be a casualty considering that DeMar DeRozan is four years younger.

This team – and core – has historically struggled in the playoffs and has maxed out. They were the No. 1 seed this past season and were swept out of the second round by LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Raptors can’t report to camp with the same exact roster. They simply can’t do, even if LeBron James exits to the Western Conference.

There will be some change at some point this summer for Toronto. It’s just a matter of who the casualty will be, and for what.
