8. Shabazz Napier, Portland Trail Blazers (restricted)

Stats: 8.7 points, 38% 3PT

Shabazz Napier is coming off a career year in which he averaged a career-high in minutes, points, field goal percentage and 3-point percentage. Napier probably isn’t going to live up to some of the expectations that were placed up him – thanks, LeBron – but he could be a valuable backup point guard.

Napier will be a cheap option for a team that doesn’t want to spend big money on the open market, but still has a need at the point guard position.

He isn’t going to come in and solve a team’s starting point guard issues, but he could be somewhat of a stopgap.
