5. Will Barton, Denver Nuggets

2017-18 Stats: 15.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists

Because of the Denver Nuggets’ current salary cap situation, it’s nearly impossible to expect that Will Barton will be re-signed this summer. But Denver’s loss will be another team’s gain. Barton isn’t the sexiest of free agent names, but he’s a really good player that might not have even hit his ceiling as a player.

Even at 27, Barton would be a solid gamble for any team to make in free agency this summer – at the right price. It’s important for Barton to find his market this summer, especially with so few teams having big money to spend.

Barton shoots an above average 37 percent from 3-point range and a solid 45 percent from the field overall.
