Kawhi gets traded to LA…eventually

The way the narrative has evolved over the last few months, I find it hard to believe that the relationship between Kawhi Leonard and the San Antonio Spurs can be repaired. Thus, he will get moved – sooner rather than later – and it will likely be to the Los Angeles Lakers.

He wants to be in LA, and if LeBron signs there – as I believe he will – he will apply the pressure on Los Angeles to strike a deal for Kawhi. Even though it will hurt, and almost exhaust all the team’s remaining assets on the roster, the Lakers will make it happen.

How could the Lakers blow this summer? It’s almost impossible. There’s no way they can screw this up and live with themselves.
