20. Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers may have lost LeBron James during free agency – again – but all is not lost. At least not yet. The team managed to re-sign Kevin Love for a long-term deal and still have some decent young pieces on their roster.

Not to mention they drafted one of my favorite players in the draft in Collin Sexton. Sexton will come in and start from day one. He has the potential to be one of the best players to come out of his draft. While his offense still needs some refining, he’s a beast on the defensive end and will make an impact as soon as the first whistle is blown.

The Cavs may not be as good as they were last season and likely won’t be in contention for a playoff spot this season, but they aren’t the laughing stock that many are expecting them to be.
