6. Utah Jazz

I’m big on the Utah Jazz, because I’m big on Donovan Mitchell. I was big on him before he was drafted, and he even exceeded my projections for him during his rookie season. He has superstar written all over him, and he showed plenty of flashes of just that last year.

The Jazz beat the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round of the playoffs before ultimately falling to the Houston Rockets in round two. The hope is that this team can continue to build on last year’s success.

This offseason, the team re-signed Derrick Favors, and added Grayson Allen via the draft. Utah will be a factor in the West this season. Question is, do they have enough to snag a top 3 seed?
