LA Clippers

The LA Clippers might’ve missed on their attempt to land Kawhi Leonard via the trade market earlier this summer, but this team could get in the Jimmy Butler sweepstakes in order to make their roster look all the more attractive come next summer.

With Jimmy B already on the roster, it could help them land Kawhi when he hits the free agency market after this season. That could be all the Clippers need in order to jump in the Kawhi sweepstakes. He is already fond of playing in Los Angeles, and with LeBron James residing with the Lakers, Kawhi playing for the Clippers, next to Jimmy B, could make it all the more interesting.

The Clippers want a quick rebuild, especially with Doc Rivers sticking around, and a key piece to accomplishing that could lie in the way of a Jimmy Butler.
