Luka Doncic, Dallas Mavericks

2017-18 Stats: N/A

Even though Luka Doncic is a rookie, I’m all in on the Luka-train – if that’s even a thing. Well, on basketball reference, his nicknames are “The Don,” “Boy Wonder,” and “Swaggy L.” Do you think any of those will stick?

On paper, everything that we know about Doncic suggests that he’s going to be a star in the NBA. He’s one of, if not the, most decorated NBA Draft prospects in recent memory and has all the tools to be a great wing player in today’s game.

He’s also on one of the best teams (Dallas Mavericks) and playing under one of the best coaches (Rick Carlisle) to improve and tip off his career. Doncic is going to get the minute this season, and he’s not going to disappoint.
