Jayson Tatum

For a team as talented as the Boston Celtics, it’s tough to predict a breakout star for this season. However, this team is littered with young talent that could breakout at any minute. And I believe Jayson Tatum falls in that group.

While we saw a preview of it during the playoffs last season, with Gordon Hayward and Kyrie Irving out, I believe we’re going to see it more on a consistent basis this season as he moves into one of the core pieces of this team.

Could he be overshadowed once again by the star power and depth that this team has? Absolutely, but for a talent on the level of Tatum, it’s hard to not standout. And that’s exactly what he’ll do.
